Summary
Zenith the negotiation company B.V. processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We collect only the data necessary to deliver our services: training, coaching, consultancy, diagnostics and digital learning environments.
Your data is stored within the European Union (Microsoft 365, Amsterdam & Dublin data centers). We do not share your data with third parties unless required for the execution of our services, by law, or with your consent for marketing cookies (see below).
Cookies and tracking
We use functional cookies that are necessary for the website to work; these are set without consent. In addition, only if you actively accept marketing cookies, we use one marketing service: the LinkedIn Insight Tag (provider: LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company; category: marketing and advertising). It is used for campaign measurement, conversion tracking, retargeting and aggregated audience insights, and may process data such as page URL, referrer, IP address, device and browser information and a timestamp. The legal basis is your consent; without it, no LinkedIn script loads and no LinkedIn cookies are set. LinkedIn also processes data outside the EU, including in the United States, on the basis of legally permitted mechanisms. You can manage or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. LinkedIn maintains the current cookie list and retention periods in its own cookie table.
